1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of NARCYA by shoppers, store owners, and other users. By using the service, you agree to these Terms.

2. What NARCYA provides

NARCYA offers a digital fitting-room and style-analysis experience, together with QR flows, dashboard tools, and related reporting for participating stores.

The shopper experience is designed to be playful and exploratory. Style scores, labels, suggestions, and dashboard metrics are informational estimates only. They are not guarantees, verified facts, or professional advice.

3. Shopper uploads

Shoppers may upload a photo for immediate analysis. In the standard flow, NARCYA does not store that shopper photo on its own servers.

The image may be processed by OpenAI solely to generate the requested result. Based on OpenAI's current API policy for this use, the photo is not stored to train OpenAI models.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • Upload unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or infringing content.
  • Attempt to interfere with the security, integrity, or availability of the service.
  • Use NARCYA in a way that violates the rights of others.
  • Misrepresent your identity, authority, or relationship to a store.

5. Store-owner responsibilities

Store owners are responsible for their account credentials, store information, legal notices shown in their stores, and the lawfulness of how they deploy NARCYA in customer-facing environments.

6. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of NARCYA at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

7. Intellectual property

NARCYA, including its software, visual identity, workflows, and related materials, remains the property of its operator or licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership to users.

8. Disclaimer and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. We disclaim warranties that are not expressly stated in these Terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, NARCYA is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to the operator of NARCYA, unless mandatory local consumer law requires otherwise.
